Return Policy

At necution , we want you to be completely satisfied with your grocery purchases. If you're dissatisfied with any product you've received, you may request a return within the specified period. We are committed to providing fair and convenient return services.

1. Return Request Period
You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted unless there are quality issues, which require supporting documentation.

All return requests must be submitted through "My Orders" in your necution account or by emailing service@necution.com with "Return" and your order number in the subject line. We do not accept return requests through other channels.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, products must meet these conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Products must be in resalable condition with seals intact and no damage

  • For non-quality issues, you will be responsible for return shipping costs

  • For quality issues (such as expired products, damaged packaging, or incorrect items), we will cover return shipping costs (please provide photos as evidence)

  • Perishable items and customized products cannot be returned

3. Return Process

  • Submit Request: Log into your account, locate the order, click "Request Return," complete the return form, and upload photos showing product condition

  • Review Process: We will review your request within 1-2 business days and send return instructions if approved

  • Ship Product: Package and return the product within 7 days of approval, using original packaging when possible. Include your order number and keep your tracking number

  • Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting returned products (3-5 business days), we will process refunds to your original payment method within 3-7 business days

4. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in these cases:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have damaged packaging

  • Returns submitted after 30 days without valid quality issues

  • Returns due to personal preference changes without following proper procedures

  • Perishable goods or customized items

  • Free gifts or samples (must be returned with main products)
