This economical option delivers within 5-7 business days, perfect for regular grocery replenishment when you don't require urgent delivery.

Express Shipping - $15.99 per order
For those times when you need items quickly, our express service delivers within 2-3 business days, ideal for urgent grocery needs.

Free Shipping
We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders totaling $39.99 or more. When you reach this amount, you can choose either shipping method at no additional cost. The free shipping threshold is calculated based on your order subtotal before applying any coupons or discounts. During checkout, the system will automatically apply free shipping if your order qualifies.

Shipping Information & Coverage
After your payment is confirmed, we process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your "My Orders" section. Currently, we ship throughout the United States. Any future service expansions to other regions will be announced on our website.

Special Circumstances

Remote Area Deliveries
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may experience slightly longer transit times due to additional logistics handling. Standard Shipping may take 1-2 additional business days, while Express Shipping may require 1 extra business day. Please note that shipping costs remain the same for these areas.

Holiday Shipping
During major US holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Independence Day, shipping carriers may adjust their services. We proactively monitor these periods and will post "Holiday Shipping Notices" on our website 3-5 days in advance. These notices will keep you informed about any delivery adjustments and order deadlines, helping you plan your shopping accordingly.

Package Receipt & Inspection
For the best experience, we recommend:

  • Verifying that all items are correct and in good condition

  • If visible damage is present, you may refuse delivery and contact customer service immediately

  • For issues discovered after acceptance, please provide proof of receipt and product photos within 24 hours
